Initiatives
Lowcountry's Promise mobilizes every sector of the community to fulfill the five promises for children and youth. We pilot and develop initiatives for children, youth and families that are models and best practices, build collaborative public-private partnerships, and promote coordination of children's services that provides the most efficient and effective system of service delivery.
